To replace him, Chris DeLuca will be revealing Matt Knoxville's mystery opponent at the PPV. Who will he end up having to face in the opener match of WEW's first pay-per-view event? Similar to main-eventers Dark Angel and Cole Scorpio, Austin Cross and Phillip Phillips have a lot of history. This will not be their first feud, and quite possibly not their last. After debuting together, feuding, teaming up, then separating, Austin and Phillip came off to a rocky start when WEW came into place. Whether or not this will be the end of each other's grudge is not clear. However, the winner in this brutal stipulation will certainly have the bragging rights. Which, for either of them, is more than enough.

I love how half the roster is from Detroit, but all our shows are in California.

We're just in California right now. Just like in real life, we start off in a certain state, travel through a few different cities in it, then move on to another. We'll get to Michigan at one point, but at the moment we're on the west coast.

I think he meant it happened in a promo. After our match on SNO #4, I challenged randy to a re-match at genesis because mike cole screwed it up by interfering, and I wanted to prove I could beat him legit. I asked to make it a steel cage match so that no one could interfere. Randy accepted, but only if it was HiaC instead of steel cage
